Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

  • Please note: Processing times may be delayed during high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales events).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are:

    • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

    • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

    • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – available at an additional cost.

Local Pickup/Delivery 

  • Free local pickup is available. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Local delivery may be available within 10 miles of 48185. 

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Damages, Lost, or Delayed Orders

  • We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can file a claim with the carrier.

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
